Who Are These People?
You can’t tell the players without a scorecard
I’m Lisa, aka “Mum”. But, if you’re reading this, you probably already guessed that. If you want more information on me, you can read my About Me page.
TOH (The Other Half) – My husband, partner, and other half. We met when I was in the Army Reserves. He spoils me rotten, and I wouldn’t trade him for anything.
Klumpen – Our daughter. She’s currently deciding what to do with the rest of her life. I think she’s a great person. She plays many instruments, enjoys art, reads daily, sews frequently and you can’t pry her away from the computer or her cell with a crowbar.
TSM (The Short Man) – Our son. He’s just finishing up middle school this year. He’s just as wonderful as his sister. Pretty soon, he won’t be quite so short, but I’ll still call him TSM. He’s got a sneaky, dry sense of humor these days, and it pops up at unexpected, but perfect times.
Both kids look more like me than they do my husband. We joke that I make cookie cutter kids. Both kids are also extraordinarily intelligent. We have been known to suggest that their intelligence may be due to TOH’s use of “recreational pharmaceuticals” as a teenager.
J* – My stepson. Not often referred to, but when he is, it is usally bad news. We’ve had a troubled relationship from the start, and it finally culminated with him moving out of the house the weekend after Father’s Day in 2002.
We also have a houseful of pets. There are 4 cats: Mewp (f/16), Little Miss (f/4) & Fabio (m/4) and Lilly (f/3). We also have a dog named Cookie (f/3).
We have a fairly large circle of friends, most of whom we’ve met through the Maryland Renaissance Festival.
