My Weekend
So, since this was my first free weekend now that Faire is over for the season, what did I do?
Saturday, I slept. A Lot. Like all day a lot. And it was wonderful.
And yesterday, Klumpen and I moved the yarn storage out of the sewing room and into the sitting room of my bedroom. Damn, that thing weighs a ton. Since we relocated it, I thought I’d start the inventory of the yarn. I’ve gotten about 1/2 of it cataloged, and the total yardage so far is just over 93,000 yards. A lot of it is sock yarn, with lace weight coming in a close second, I think.
Today it’s back to the workday grind, but at least I don\’t have meetings scheduled for every single day this week.
