Whoa.

Less than a month since my last update! Yay for me.

The first weekend in June, Klumpen and I went to see the New York Gilbert and Sullivan Players production of “The Pirates of Penzance” at Wolftrap. It was a lot of fun. Very well done, and we giggled through the whole thing. The Pirate King reminded us of friends of ours from Faire.

The second weekend in June we didn’t do anything that I can recall. So it was a quiet one, I’m sure.

Somewhere in there, we attended Klumpen’s end of year band concert and TSM’s end of year Honors Ceremony. Still not sure if Klumpen is going to be attending Freedom in the fall, or if she’ll have to switch schools. TSM will be staying at the same school and joining the strings program. He wants to be a “fiddle player”, not violinist.

Over the weekend, TOH and I went to a friend’s 44th birthday party. It was nice to see people we’d not seen in ages. And for Father’s Day, TOH puttered around in the garage on the trucks. We now have two work-in-progress trucks in the garage; one for Klumpen and one for TOH. The one for TOH is in need of less work than Klumpen’s.

The evil stepson has reached new lows of evil, but I’m really not going to go into that right now.

So, that’s the news from here. Boring, isn’t it?
