Can we just shoot most of the people in my agency? Thanks ever so. It would help me a lot.
I’m so blinking busy that I can’t see straight any more. And there’s no end in sight. So much for my new glorified position.
I have actually been knitting, so that’s a plus. It’s slow going, but I think it will take me a while to get back into the groove. I’ve been so wrapped up in my house misery that I really couldn’t enjoy knitting. Actually, I wasn’t enjoying anything, but that’s beside the point.
I’m looking forward to setting up my “craft room” at the new house. I just haven’t decided where it’s going to be yet, though. I could be greedy, and take over the “study/library/office”, with it’s wall to wall, floor to ceiling bookshelves, I could use one of the bedrooms, or I could use the sitting room in the master suite. I guess I need to get a better feel of the house before I decide. It will be nice to have all my knitting books back again, though. (Which is one of the reasons I’m leaning towards stealing the library.)
Anyway…
Since I’m not as much about knitting these days, I’m pondering renaming the blog. I think I may brainstorm with Klumpen on something new. It’s still more of a craft blog than anything, but my sewing has definitely moved back into the forefront again, so “Lisa’s Knitting” is rather limiting. And, I’ve been talking about everything and anything for the longest time, as well.
I’m also debating whether or not to rejoin the knitting blogs ring. I did get most of my hits from there, but while it’s nice to see that counter increase (vanity and all), it isn’t the only reason I write.
So, who knows. The New Year may see a whole new me.
Or the same old me, with a whole new set of “issues”.
