Here we go again.

So, that meeting I’ve been dreading is tomorrow.  And my boss is out of the office.  Which means I’m stuck attending it on my own.  Nothing like throwing Lisa to the wolves, eh?

So, good thing I’ve got a sock in progress to work on for the shuttle ride there and back

I’ve been feeling so very unmotivated lately.  I have stuff to do at work, but I really don’t want to do it.  And I always have stuff to do here at home, and I don’t want to do that either.

I really need to get my butt in gear on my exchange gift.  I’ve got until the end of the month, but I”m not even halfway done.  So I need to get back into the mood for that.  Nothing else on my in progress list has a due date, but that doesn’t mean I want to work on any of it, either.

My Mom’s birthday is tomorrow, and I’ve arranged to have a fruit basket sent to her.  Heaven knows she’s probably not eating right.  Her car isn’t working, and she doesn’t like walking the two blocks to the grocery store.  So, a fruit basket should come in handy.

The kids are on spring break, and spent today playing Playstation2.  I’m glad Klumpen is getting the break, though, because she’s been getting crap from boys at school.  And the vice principal is absolutely no help.  It’s been going on since the beginning of the year, but he refuses to return our calls.  Next week, we’ll be paying a personal visit to the school.  If it were just once or twice, we would let Klumpen handle it on her own, but it’s an ongoing thing.

So, that’s my whine for the night, I guess.  I need to get some sleep, because I need to get into the office early for tomorrow’s meeting.  Bah.
