Saturday Sleepiness
TSM had his first ever sleep over last night, with his friend R from daycare. It was a rousing success. He didn’t want to come home, and R didn’t want him to go home, either.
Since TSM wasn’t home this morning, I got to sleep in until 10:00 am. And then this afternoon, I had a two hour nap. So, I’ve had a not at all productive day.
In case you’ve been in a cave, the new Knitty is out. I like Jewelled and Otis, but neither of them really work with my body shape. I have a large bust, and not much of a waist these days, and I really hate my arms. So, sleeveless is not an option I normally go for, unless I wear something over it. And I don’t really like things that end right at my waist, either. I prefer things to hit at my hips.
But, I like the way lots of things look, I just don’t see myself making them for me.
I thought of making BonBon for a gift to go with my exchange gift, but I can’t find the Gedifra Clou anywhere. So I’ve been searching for other nylon yarns, but not having a lot of luck there, either.
I guess it means I really just need to finish my exchange project.
Klumpen has her friends, the twins, over for the night, and the three of them giggle like mad when they get together, so I don’t think I’ll be getting a lot of sleep. So, it’s probably a good thing I got my nap in earlier.
