Thursday (Less) Tired
It’s getting better as the week goes by, but I’ll sure be glad when work is over tomorrow.
I managed to survive April Fool’s Day, with no pranks played on me (that I know of). Although the same can’t be said for TSM. One of his friends and cubscout buddies told him that the meeting tonight was at the American Legion, but when he and TOH went there, no cubscouts were to be found. Poor kid. He can be so gullible sometimes.
I’ve done no knitting still. I’m just too tired and unmotivated.
I got the latest Knitting Digest in today’s mail, which was only dry because I got it right after the mailmain put it in the box and left the lid open in the rain. I liked the baby blankets, and the “Cables and Lace Twin Set”, and maybe the socks, too. Although I’ve been really plodding along on the socks I’ve got going right now.
I keep the subscription to Knitting Digest because it often has quick and easy things to make as gifts, that aren’t incredibly ugly, as well as simple kid’s knits. I can’t see spending a lot of time on making kid-sized things when they grow out of them so quickly.
So, that’s the extent of my day today. I’m too tired to even complain about the stupid traffic.
