Maybe my feet are shrinking?
I was merrily knitting along on my Opal sock for me, when I tried it on, and realized it was too big. So, I ripped it back to the last rounds of increases and made it 60 stitches instead of 64.
I’m not sure why it was too big, because I normally use 64 stitches on US size 2 needles, rather than US size 1.5s. You’d think I would need more stitches on the smaller needles rather than less, but that wasn’t the case. Maybe I’m finally losing my tendencies towards “death grip knitting”.
Anyway, the big story around here is the weather. Grocery stores are out of water, home improvement stores are out of plywood and duct tape. All we need now are the people buying lots and lots of ammunition.
