Somnombula? I can’t find that on a map anywhere.

Well, just another day in Somnombula. I had to call in late this morning, to catch a couple extra hours of sleep. Even after sleeping away the better part of the weekend.

Still waiting for the Doctor’s office to decide which neurologist I need to see, and then we’ll go from there. They had referred one on Friday, but that Doctor doesn’t take our insurance. Why they picked that Doctor, when they know perfectly well what insurance we have, is a whole other issue.

I finally finished my Cherry Tree Hill Socks. The color is Blueberry Hill. They’re in the dryer right now, and I’ll take a picture sometime soon.

I have a ton of pictures to download from the camera, but I just haven’t had the energy to get around to it lately.

I also finished the left front of the baby cardigan last night. Now all that’s left is the right front and the assembly. I’m hoping to finish it before the baby is born, even though it’s sized for him to wear much later.

Saturday I managed to get enough energy to go out and get my hair cut. Much shorter and easier to maintain. And on Sunday, the girls and I went to the bookstore, the craft store and the fabric store. We finally found a pattern for the Fairy Dress. It’s actually for a one-shouldered evening gown, that we’re going to adapt a little. I can’t make up things on my own in sewing, but I can certainly change something if I have a base to start with. It’s a left-shouldered gown, but Klumpen wants it to be on the right, and she wants the length different. I think she also wants the hemline to scoop (longer in the back than the front), but we’ll get to that later.

So, that’s life in the land of the sleep deprived. Hope all the father’s out there had a great “Father’s Day”, and the single Moms, too.
