Another Lame Entry. I’d actually forgotten to give this a title, so I came back and named it appropriately.
Well, it looks like it’s time for another lame entry. Not a lot is going on with me right now. So I don’t have a lot to talk about. But I feel compelled to blather on anyway.
Sleep is still pretty non-existent, and it’s affecting everything else. I took a nap today at lunch, and not 15 minutes after I woke up, I found myself dozing off in front of the pc. Something has got to give, and soon.
Tonight is the First Grade Play. TSM is going to be a Tree. I think he’s going to be a pine tree, but I can’t recall. He wanted me to go out and buy him a new red suit to wear for his stage debut. Sorry son, I’m not spending $40 on something you’ll wear for 1/2 an hour and never touch again.
The only knitting I got done last night was trying out a couple of rows on a pattern a friend was having trouble with, to see if I could help. Hopefully I did.
TOH has been home from work for the past two days. He was involved in a chain reaction accident on his way home from work on Tuesday evening. We haven’t heard the insurance assesment on his truck, but I don’t think it’s going to be good. He thinks the frame might be bent. It was all at low speed in bumper to bumper traffic, so he’s sore, but nothing serious. Luckily or coincidentally (take your pick), he’d just convinced me to let him buy an old beat up truck for bumming around in on the weekends. So, he didn’t need to go through the rental car hassle, and we didn’t have to be a one car family. (That never works for us, since we work in opposite directions from each other.) Now to wait to hear what the insurance company has to say.
