I wish I had a hammock in the trunk of my car.

Not a whole heck of a lot to say today.  The sun is shining, and I woke up thinking, “Ok, how long until I can take a nap?”

I do want to thank everyone who stops by to read my ramblings.  And I really appreciate the comments and guestbook entries.  It helps me to know I’m not knitting in a vacuum, as it were.

I think it’s time to head back to the Dr.  I’m having trouble getting to sleep, and I’m not sleeping the whole night through again.  I’ve done all the tricks to help myself sleep better (dark, cool room; hide the clock; only use the bed for sleep; etc.), but it’s not really working.  I’m starting to feel as tired as ever.

Last night, while TOH was at our bathroom contractor’s house working on his computer, Klumpen and I flipped between American Idol and Buffy.  I can’t stand any of the women singers.  They’ve all got that something that annoys me.  I love Rueben and Clay, though.  After that, we watched a show on Urban Legends on TLC.

It was so nice to hang out with Klumpen.  She’s turning into a teenager before my eyes, and spending less time with the family and more time in her room.  So any time she voluntarily sits on the couch with me is a bonus.

While we hung out, I worked on my Cherry Tree Hill sock.  I turned the heel, did the gussett and am working on the foot now.  These feel like they’ll be really comfortable.  I have mittens made with CTH yarn in the “Northern Lights” colorway, and love how they feel.

On projects yet to be started, TSM wants me to make another Mr. Bear Sweater.  For some reason, he’s got one of the spare Mr. Bear’s in his bed, along with the regular one, and wants them to have matching sweaters.

Well, I think I’m off for that nap I’ve been longing to have.  Our email server is down at work, so I can’t get much done today, either.
