Weekend Planning
Well, I lied. I didn’t manage to block the Sheep Shawl last night. I ended up leaving work early and taking a nap. Naps are good.
I did work on my exchange gift, though, and I’m at the “official” 2/3 point on it. I think a few hours of concentrated knitting on it this weekend should see it finished.
I am single Mom tonight, because TOH has to work on a down-time project where they’re installing new equipment. And Klumpen is going over to her best friend’s house. So, it’ll really just be TSM and me. He loves those days. He loves having me all to himself. We’ll probably eat dinner out, since I am in no mood to cook.
Not that I’m ever in the mood to cook, but hey. . .
Just a brief entry today. I’m ignoring the news, the current flap on all the knit-related lists about a certain article in The Charlotte Observer, and trying to catch up on work before I enjoy my weekend. Hope you all do the same.
