If it’s Monday, this must be Virginia.
Surfacing from another weekend of lots of sleep. I did get lots of knitting done, but other than that, I feel like I missed most of the weekend.
I went out to the used book store on Saturday, and picked up a copy of Melissa Leapman’s A Close Knit Family. They had a couple of Jo Sharp books as well, but I already have one of them, and couldn’t remember which one.
I didn’t make it to work today, and slept until 2:30 this afternoon. I really wish the meds would even things out, so I’m not so exhausted all the time.
I worked on my exchange gift, and have it about 1/3 of the way finished, so I’m not worried about meeting the 4/15 deadline. (Kinda like taxes!) I also worked on my CTH sock, my sister’s sock, and the fuzzy blue sweater.
My major accomplishment this weekend was getting past the halfway point on the Sheep Shawl edging. I have rounded the point and am working up the second side. It’s still tedious, but I keep plugging away. Then after the edging, it’s the attached i-cord border. Which is such a cool way to finish off that top edge. I love how it looks.
